Vincent Garza is the culinary mind behind Bru-Man’s Hot Chicken. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate from Chicago, Vincent brings 19 years of food service experience to the kitchen. Vincent discovered Nashville Hot Chicken in 2018 and has been perfecting the menu ever since. He is passionate about bringing authentic, flavorful hot chicken to Valparaiso and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
